Villa Barendrecht

The project involved renovating an existing traditional house and extending it with a modern building. The result is a stunning combination of white and black structures. The original house retained its white stucco color, while the new black wooden facade complemented it respectfully. The main building is comprised of these two structures, which are related to each other in terms of height and width. The ground floor has a height difference that separates the kitchen and dining area from the living room and office space. The first floor has three bedrooms and a master bedroom with an attached bathroom and walk-in closet. The ceramic flooring extends from the inside to the outside, creating a unified atmosphere. All the building materials promote a modern style with traditional accents.
