Tulips is a celebration of elegance, craftsmanship, and innovative design that harmoniously blends with the beautiful surroundings.

The concept of Tulips consists of a mix of homes for different target groups in society, from young to older. Affordability is a central focus for both the sale and rental properties. One of the challenges was to fit the right number of housing units into small-scale and non-dominant building masses.

The use of sustainable materials and energy-efficient technologies is also an integral part of our design, as we are committed to an ecologically responsible approach to architecture. Each home is equipped with a triple-A energy label.
