When Actually Design got involved with the project the goal was to create studios and apartments for the Gemeente Den Haag. There were created 17 units, out of them two are studios of 29.8m2 and the rest are apartments from 40.2m2-87.4m2. There is a garden at the location which can be used by all the tenants. The apartments have been provided with two to four bedrooms and storage units. The innovative design idea was to include the central corridor at m2 of the apartments and use the existing two staircases to facilitate all the units. The central patio is still the protagonist of the floor plans where all the apartments have view.
