The area known as Schieveste, located along the A20 at the Schiedam exit, is being developed. This development will include a new cinema, parking facility, and the Schiehotel. The Schiehotel is a four-star hotel with luxurious penthouses on the upper floors for long and short stays. The penthouses will benefit from the services provided by the hotel. In addition to its accommodation functions, the Schiehotel will also feature a sky bar and restaurant. The view from the upper floors is truly remarkable, offering three distinct perspectives: the polder landscape, the port area, and the impressive skyline of Rotterdam, creating a spectacular and inviting vista.
