Villa van der Plas

The design of this private villa is characterised by clean and simple lines. The 5-bedroom house with a boat garage, a car garage and a work space is located in front the water.  The desires of the owner together with the design skills of our team created a two-floor home with an attic. The location of the boat garage guided the design as it created two contradictory facades, one open and one closed. Therefore, the open long façade accommodates uses like open kitchen or the winter garden. On the other side, the closed façade with a few openings at the first floor facilitates utilities like garage, bathrooms, etc. The wooden terrace at the side of the water gives the owners the ability to enjoy the outdoors.
